Qimei Annual Commendation and 2024 Mission-signing Meeting

On January 31, 2024, the annual commendation and 2024 mission-signing meeting of Qimei, with the theme of "putting quality first, striving for new achievements", came to a successful conclusion. All employees, their families, some customers, and suppliers gathered together to commend the excellent, strengthen our friendship, review the past and look forward to the future.

Signing in

    Before the commendation, colleagues and partners signed in and took a group photo as a souvenir. They share the joy and achievements of the past year, and wish the new year a brilliant future.

Speech Time

Ye Shujin, General Manager of Qimei Aluminum Industry, delivered a New Year speech at this annual commendation. Mr. Ye expressed gratitude to all staff for their contributions in 2023 and warmly welcomed the guests and partners. With theme of "putting quality first, striving for new achievements", Mr. Ye first summarized and analyzed the performance of Meiyu Group · Qimei Aluminum Industry in 2023, and gave full recognition and encouragement to the sales team. Following the principle that sales are supported by customers, Mr. Ye expressed sincere gratitude to the partners of the enterprise and demonstrated engineering cases through continuous efforts. Subsequently, Mr. Ye summarized the annual data of workshop production and encouraged employees to improve and delve into production technology. Mr. Ye pointed out that in production and operation, key indicators should be clearly defined, and data is a reflection of work value. Employees should continuously optimize and strive and learn from the best; Subsequently, Mr. Ye reviewed the annual team activities and stated that team building can enhance team cohesion, employee motivation, improve the office and work environment to achieve the concept of standardized production and operation.

Mission-signing 

    Chen Yongchao from the Production Management Department, He Kun from the Technical Quality Department, Dong Ming from the Marketing Management Department, Zhang Xinmin from the Production Technology Department, Huang Yang from the Business Management Department, and Jiang Chenglong from the Marketing Management Department all took the stage to sign the 2024 annual mission agreement and take a group photo.
